In 2005, Dr. Carl Men Ky Ching，President of the United World Chinese Association and Ms. Jin Lan, Executive Director of IMCC ,met with Mr. Dai Xianglong, Mayor of Tianjin (Former President of People's Bank of China) in the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong Hotel to discuss co-operation with regards to activities in the petroleum refining industry.
