In 2005, Mr. Xia Geng, Mayor of Qingdao met with Ms. Jin Lan, Executive Director of IMCC and Dr. Liang Haiyang to discuss on the Ocean Development Project in the historic city of Qingdao. As One of China’s most famous tourist resorts, Qingdao is surrounded by sea and mountains.
