The China Administration (Hong Kong) Executive Program, jointly organized by IMCC and The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) aims to enhance administrative abilities through specialized, systematic, swift and focused training. Participants will receive a certificate issued by the HKMA that has international recognition.
3 sessions of the Executive Program have been successfully held, with approximately 200 persons being trained.

The Lecturer: Mr Francis Liao
MBA, University of the British Columbia (UBC), Canada; professional accountant of Canada
Currently the Marketing Director of the JBC Group, Japan, Management Consultant of HKMA and Visiting Professor for the MBA courses at Barrington University, USA.
Mr Liao has also worked with several multinational companies, including Hyatt Macy’s, Canadion Pacific and BDI Group, as well as being General Manager of Philips (Greater China), Pacific Concord Holdings Ltd, Lamex Group, and CR LOGIC Company.? Mr Liao has extensive experience in handling the classic cases involving cross-cultural management.
