China Administration (Hong Kong) Executive Program

The China Administration (Hong Kong) Executive Program, jointly organized by IMCC and The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) aims to enhance administrative abilities through specialized, systematic, timely and focused training. Participants will receive a certificate issued by the HKMA that has international recognition.

 

3 sessions of the Executive Program have been successfully held, with approximately 200 persons trained.

      Role of administrative executives in China

      How to enhance the working efficiencies of administrative executives

      How to create beneficial opportunities for governmental departments

      How to coordinate internal relations of the governmental departments

      Team-building

      Public relations

      How to set up efficient information management systems

      How to assist the governmental departments with policy proposals

      Case analysis of foreign governmental department administrative management

 

The Lecturer: Mr. Francis Liao, MBA, University of the British Columbia (UBC), Canada; professional accountant of Canada

 

Mr. Liao is currently the Marketing Director of the JBC Group, Japan, a Management Consultant with HKMA and a visiting Professor in the MBA program at Barrington University, USA.

 

Mr Liao has also worked with several multinational companies, including Hyatt Macy’s, Canadian Pacific and BDI Group. He was General Manager of Philips (Greater China), Pacific Concord Holdings Ltd, Lamex Group, and CR LOGIC Company. Mr Liao has extensive experience in cross-cultural management.
