Financing operational procedures
One. The project will be in accordance with "financing project information to confirm Table," as well as the following five aspects of the background information provided to me (Fax / Mail / E-mail)

Two.IMCC will assess the background information on the project consultant team conducted an internal assessment, and that assessment results. If the project has the conditions for cooperation, a signed exclusive agency agreement will be attached. (Due to the openness of the financing platform, IMCC reserves the right to be the sole agent of the project in terms of the cooperation)
3. The signing of exclusive agency agreement, IMCC will be the request of the investor, the preparation of projects and investment will be in both Chinese and English, to no less than 200 domestic and international investment institutions sent to the project information. 4. IMCC will represent the project and the investment involved in the project throughout the business negotiations;
5. Investment projects reached with the investment / transfer agreement, IMCC will invoice for the successful project financing costs.
