1.An Ordinary Member’s Rights and Obligations
1.1 Ordinary Members Right
Ordinary members’ rights include, but are not limited to:
1) ordinary members enjoy IMCC international city Union member General Assembly a voice and a vote, and will have to safeguard their legitimate interests of rights;
2) ordinary members to make full use of international resources provided by IMCC to seek business opportunities in the international market;
3) ordinary members will have IMCC recommendation, a well-known international organizations for the rights of members;
4) ordinary members have the right to enjoy the city by the International Union for the provision of various members paid special services;
5) ordinary members have priority to participate in the world's top forum for meetings and exchanges and the right to general membership treatment for associated costs;
6) ordinary members to have access to members of the directory;
7) ordinary members enjoy preferential IMCC strategic partner to join the Sister Cities International (SCI) of the general membership, and shall enjoy the rights and interests of the corresponding rights.
1.2 Ordinary Members Obligations
1) Respect the international community and countries of the Constitution and the laws and regulations;
2) comply with the People's Republic of China Constitution and the laws and regulations;
3) compliance with "international city charter Union" and executive member of the General Assembly Council resolutions;
4) maintain IMCC’s international reputation and legal rights.
5) In accordance with "international city charter Union," the relevant provisions of the timely payment of contributions;
6) Actively participate in the various activities by IMCC and pay the related costs
2 VIP Members of the Rights and Obligations
2.1 VIP membership rights
IMCC VIP membership rights include, but are not limited to:
1) The rights of the ordinary members;
2) The right to IMCC for the VIP members of the project to provide "one-on-one" international team of professional services;
3) the right to enjoy VIP Member cities by the International Union for the provision of various members paid special services;
4) VIP membership applications from IMCC to provide a clear commitment to the international investment amount of the right to the conclusion of sister cities
5) VIP members enjoy strong international resources through IMCC bid for the top international summit, the Forum, Exhibition and large sports, and cultural activities of the event;
6) VIP members enjoy the rights of affiliation with international organizations, government, business and academic leaders;
7) VIP members may use IMCC’s international platform for publicity and promotion, exchange of experience and cooperation between the rights of the project;
8) VIP members enjoy authority for the appointment of international organizations and experts to help design its member cities the right to sustainable development planning;
9) VIP members have access to IMCC strong international platform for investment capital resources, and cooperation in major projects such rights;
10) for VIP members enjoy the rights of international humanitarian assistance;
11) in the VIP members enjoy IMCC official website cities or large-scale enterprises to promote the rights of investment projects;
12) IMCC VIP members enjoy using media resources to promote the rights of publicity;
13) VIP members may participate in the IMCC global strategic cooperation partners of the rights related activities;
14) VIP members may apply to become members of the TCI Board of the General Assembly.
2.2 VIP Members Obligations
