International Mayor Communication Centre (IMCC) has six service sectors currently, namely, members of city departments, financial member departments, social organizations departments, Department of Member of Education, Department of Member of Health and Department of Members of Enterprises.
Various departments will regularly carry out activities related to various departments, and the authorities will perform the exchange of information.

Member of the City Department
Member of the City Department is responsible for the advisory services, management and coordination, follow-up and implementation of the “Global Friendly Cities”. It is mainly responsible for membership management, annual scheduling of the urban members, organization and coordination, the conclusion of "international sister cities." Financial Member Department

Membership management, financial activities for members of the planning, organization and coordination are included. Social Organization Department
Social Organization department is responsible for the “International Friendship Society” and the associated advisory services, management, coordination, follow-up and implementation work. Membership management, social organizations, the activities of members of the planning, organization and coordination of the "international friendship organizations are included." Department of Members of Education

Department of Members of Health

Includes membership management, and public health activities for members of the planning, organization and coordination, the conclusion of "International Friendship Hospital." Department of Members of Enterprise
The department of members of Enterprise is responsible for domestic and international enterprises and to establish a strategic and cooperative partnership, project advisory services, management, coordination, follow-up and implementation of the project. Responsibilities include membership management, enterprise activities for members of the planning, organization and coordination.
