The International Mayors Communication Centre (IMCC), established in Hong Kong in August 2005 and headquartered in Shenzhen, is an international consulting agency dedicated to promoting economic and cultural exchange and cooperation between Chinese cities and urban stakeholders worldwide.

The IMCC has been a non-governmental organization in special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC) since July 25, 2017.
