To comrades, friends and stakeholders on the road to sustainable development:

We have experienced the human suffering brought by COVID-19 for three years. In the midst of suffering, human beings help each other, regardless of color or race, and share the same fate. Viruses have no borders, and great love has no borders either. But the Russian- Ukrainian war has constantly torn the peace of the world, stopping or slowing down the development of a sustainable world. Wars and viruses are constantly challenging the dignity of human life.

In 2022, against this background, our International MayorsCommunication Centrehas beenslowly but patiently implementing the concept of SDGs. In the process of competing with viruses, we have been extremely resilient in spreading and promoting the SDGs.

As human beings,the most advanced species living on this blue planet, we must compete with the sun and the moon. We shall overcome all disasters to welcome the beautiful spring of 2023, and to create a sustainable future!
